Met roots to sweets geven we fruit opnieuw een hoofdrol in snoep. We vertrekken van zorgvuldig gekozen fruitgrondstoffen en plantaardige vezels, en ontwikkelen daarmee in ons Belgische atelier snoep met een uitgesproken smaak en een herkenbare basis.
Tamini bevat appelconcentraat als 'zoetstof', dit zorgt voor een zoete smaak en is afkomstig van appels. Dit kun je zien als een natuurlijke suiker uit fruit.
Neen, tamini bevat natuurlijke suikers uit fruit, voornamelijk fructose. Echter, door de combinatie met natuurlijke vezels bevat tamini zo'n 50% minder natuurlijke suikers dan bijvoorbeeld gedroogd fruit.
Yes. At tamini, we don't use gelatine, but pectine derived from fruit.
